Networking is very important in photography, so that’s what I did the last few weeks in West-Flanders with some farmers. Also research is very important to understand your subject. So because of my networking, I could do some more research because I got a free entrance ticket to the big Agribex Farming Expo in Brussels!!!

A lot of big, or better, huge !!! machines for fieldwork and stuff. But what I actually went for, except for the free Leffe and Palm, was the animal contests ofcourse!!! Beauty contests for cows, testosteron contests for male pigs,… an unusual sight on an expo that gets more visitors then the yearly Autosaloon. Some pics to give an idea… can you smell it?
